There are multiple ways to add vehicles in Torque360. You can add vehicles using:

• VIN lookup

• Plate lookup

• MOTOR Vehicle Selection (Year, make, model & engine)

• Manual entry

• Appointment window

• Repair order window

• Customer list

Let’s go over each one!

VIN Lookup

To add vehicles using VIN lookup:

1. Click on Search Vehicle.

2. Select License Plate/VIN Lookup.

3. Enter the VIN.

4. Click on Search.

5. Select the vehicle.

6. Click on + Estimate to add the vehicle and create an estimate  OR  Click on + New RO to add the vehicle and create a repair order.
