All the standalone Estimates you’ve created appear here. You can search, sort, view, edit and delete Estimates from the List.

Note: If you convert an Estimate into an RO (Learn more here), it will not appear in the Estimates list.

How to Search For Estimates?

You can search for Estimates using:

• Estimate Number

• Customer Name

• Vehicle Make

• Vehicle Model

• VIN

• License Plate Number

To search for any Estimate:

1. Select the field you want to use to search for Estimates.

2. Type in the number or name.

Note: Click the reset icon to reset the List view.

To Sort Estimate List, select a field name and click Sort. You can sort in ascending or descending order.

How to View/Edit Estimates in Lists?

To view or edit any Estimate, click the Edit icon in the List. 

Alternatively, you can Edit an Estimate by opening any RO and navigating to the Estimate tab. (Only applicable if that RO is converted into an RO)

Note: You cannot edit an Estimate once the payment for the related RO is done.

How to Delete Estimates in Lists?

To delete an Estimate, click the Delete icon in the List.
