All the Repair Orders you’ve created appear here. You can search, sort, view, edit and delete Repair Orders from the List.

How to Search For Repair Orders?

You can search for ROs using:

• Repair Order Number

• Customer Name

• License Plate Number

To search for any RO:

1. Select the field you want to use to search for ROs.

2. Type in the number or name.

Note: Click the reset icon to reset the List view.

To Sort RO List, select a field name and click Sort. You can sort in ascending or descending order.

How to View Repair Orders in Lists?

To view any RO, click View in the List. This opens the Repair Order window.

How to Edit a Repair Order?

You can Edit an RO by opening it from the Dashboard, Job Board or the Lists menu. Click on View in RO List to open an RO. If you’re on the Dashboard or Job Board, simply click on the RO card to open ROs..

Note: You cannot edit an RO once the payment for it is done.

How to Delete Repair Orders in Lists?

To delete an RO, click the Delete icon in the List.
