Navigation:

Side Panel → Reports → All Payments


The All Payments Report provides a detailed view of every payment transaction recorded in the system, including payments, refunds, A/R payments, and voided transactions.


Filters & Search Options

At the top of the report, you can filter results using the following controls:


1. Search Type Dropdown

You can switch the primary search field between:

  • Invoice ID

  • RO ID


After selecting the type, enter the corresponding number to locate a specific record.


2. Payment Type Filter

Filter by payment category:

  • All

  • Payment

  • Refund

  • A/R Payment

  • Payment – Voided

  • Refund – Voided

  • A/R Payment – Voided


This helps isolate successful, refunded, or voided transactions.


3. All Invoice Type

Filter by:

  • All

  • Repair Orders

  • Quick Checkout


4. All Payment Method

Filter by payment method:

  • All

  • Cash

  • Card

  • Cheque

  • Torque Pay – BlockChyp (Card Present)

  • Torque Pay – BlockChyp (Card Not Present)

  • Torque Pay – BlockChyp (Payment Link)

  • PayPal

  • PayPal (Card)

  • PayPal (Venmo)

  • PayPal (Google Pay)


5. Select Customer

Choose a specific customer from the dropdown list to view their payment history.


6. Time Filter

Select:

  • All Time

  • Today

  • Last Week

  • Last Month


You can also apply a Start Date – End Date custom range.


Understanding the Report Table

The table displays the following columns:

  • Invoice

  • Date

  • Customer

  • CC

  • Invoice Type

  • RO/QCO

  • Payment Status

  • Amount

  • Payment Type

  • Payment Info

  • Payment Method


Amount Column

The Amount column shows:

  • Paid Amount (Green)

  • Remaining Amount (Orange)


This makes it easy to identify fully paid versus partially paid invoices.


Totals Section

At the bottom of the report, you’ll see summary totals:

  • Total Amount Paid

  • Total Amount Voided

  • Total Amount Refunded


These totals reflect the data currently displayed based on the applied filters.


Exporting the All Payments Report

Click Export in the top-right corner.



The Export screen displays:

  • Business information

  • Selected time range

  • A full table preview including:

  • Invoice

  • Date

  • Customer

  • CC

  • Invoice Type

  • RO/QCO

  • Payment Status

  • Amount (Paid and Remaining)


At the bottom of the preview, the report includes summary totals such as:

  • Total Amount Paid

  • Total Amount Voided

  • Total Amount Refunded


After reviewing, click Export to download the report.


Sharing the All Payments Report

Click Share in the top-right corner next to the Export button.





The Share panel includes:

  • Report preview

  • Email field


Enter one or multiple email addresses and click Share to send the report directly.

FAQs

What is the difference between Payment, Refund, and A/R Payment?

A Payment is a standard invoice payment. A Refund returns money to the customer. An A/R Payment applies a payment to an Accounts Receivable balance rather than a single invoice. Each type can also appear as voided if reversed.

Why do some transactions show as voided?

Voided transactions indicate that a previously processed payment, refund, or A/R payment was canceled. These remain visible for audit and reconciliation purposes.

Do totals change based on filters?

Yes. The totals at the bottom update dynamically according to the selected filters, date range, and payment type.

Can I search for a specific invoice payment in this report?

Yes. Use the Search Type dropdown to select either Invoice ID or RO ID, then enter the corresponding number to quickly locate the related payment transaction.

Does the report include both successful and reversed transactions?

Yes. The report includes successful payments, refunds, and A/R payments as well as any transactions that have been voided. This ensures a complete payment history for reconciliation and audit purposes.
