Connecting Integrations in Torque360

Navigation:

Side Panel → Settings → Integrations → Torque Payment


Torque Payment allows you to accept payments directly within Torque360, including in-store payments, digital payment requests, and terminal-based transactions. This guide walks you through connecting Torque Payment, configuring advanced settings, and managing multiple terminals.

Step 1: Connect Torque Payment

Locate Torque Payment and click Connect. You’ll be redirected to the Torque Payment Setup screen.



Enter the following credentials (provided during payment onboarding):

  • API Key

  • Bearer Token

  • Signing Key

  • Terminal Name


Click Test to verify the connection. If the test is successful, click Save to activate the integration.


You can also Edit or Delete by clicking on 3 dots at the top right side. 


Step 2: Configure Advanced Settings

Below Connect, click Advanced Configuration. You will find the following settings.


1. Virtual Terminal

  • Enable the processing of payments manually without a physical terminal

  • Disable if you only accept payments via hardware terminals

2. API Token

  • Ensure the token is correctly populated

  • If payments fail, verify that the token is valid and active


Do not modify unless instructed by support

3. Collect Customer Signature on Terms and Conditions

  • Enable the requirement of a customer signature during payment 

  • Disable if signatures are collected outside the system

4. Send Payment Request via Email/SMS

  • Enable sending payment links to customers for remote payments

  • Disable to accept payments only in person


Click Save to apply your configuration.


Step 3: Set Up Multiple Terminals

This option is helpful if your shop uses more than one payment terminal. Click Multiple Terminals below Connect.



  • Enter a Terminal Name

  • Click Add to register the terminal

  • Use Ping to test terminal connectivity

  • Click Cancel to exit without saving


This setup is useful for shops with multiple service counters or checkout points.
