Set Up Your Business Profile

Navigation:

Side Panel → Settings → Business Profile


From the dashboard, click the arrow icon at the top-left to expand the side menu. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and click Settings. You’ll land on the Business Profile page by default. Click Edit Profile on the top left.


In the General Information section, review or enter the following details:

  • Business Address & Mobile Number

  • Business Number & Business Registration Number (both optional)

  • Business Name, Owner Name & Email Address

  • Country, State, City, and ZIP Code

  • Preferred Currency & Time Zone


In the Garage Information section, set:

  • Number of Mechanics

  • Number of Bays/Ramps


Update Document Branding to control how your business name and contact details appear on invoices and other documents.


Your Business Profile controls how your shop appears across Torque360, including invoices, estimates, repair orders, and customer communications. Completing this step ensures accurate business information, correct currency and time settings, and a smoother workflow from day one.


Review Your Account Settings





Navigation:

Dashboard → Settings → Account


From the Settings page, click Account in the left-hand menu. Click Edit Profile on the top left.


On the Account Settings screen, review your personal details:

  • Name & Mobile Number

  • Email Address

  • Employee Title & Address (both optional)


To update your login credentials, click Change Password and follow the prompts.


Your Account Settings control your personal access to Torque360, including login security and how your name and role appear across the system. Keeping this information up to date helps ensure smooth communication and proper user identification.


Configure Notification Settings 


Navigation:

Dashboard → Settings → Notifications


From Settings, click Notifications in the left-hand menu.


On the Notification Settings screen, choose when you want to receive alerts for:

  • Job Progress Status (created, moved, on hold, marked, completed)

  • Repair Order (RO) Status Changes

  • New Messages

  • New Appointment Creation


Use the toggles to enable or disable notifications based on your workflow preferences. Click Save Changes to apply your settings.


Notification Settings help you stay informed about job progress, customer communication, and appointments without needing to constantly check the dashboard. You can adjust these settings anytime as your workflow evolves.
