FAQs

Can I edit a user’s role or permissions later?
Yes. You can edit user details, roles, permissions, and wage rates at any time from the User Settings screen.
What happens if I disable a permission?
The user will immediately lose access to that feature. Existing data is not deleted.
Can I delete a user without affecting records?
Yes. Deleting a user removes their login access but does not delete historical records, such as repair orders or invoices they were involved in.
