This article walks you through using the Integrated Payments (PayPal) report in Torque360. You’ll learn how to filter PayPal transactions, review payment details, export reports, and share transaction summaries to help manage and reconcile your shop’s digital payments efficiently.
This report displays all transactions processed through the PayPal integration, including PayPal Card, Venmo, and Google Pay.
At the top of the report, you can refine transaction results using the following filters:
RO #
Phone No
Search transactions by Repair Order number or customer phone number.
All
PayPal Card
PayPal
Venmo
Google Pay
Use this filter to narrow transactions by payment channel.
Select a specific customer to view only their associated transactions.
All Time
Today
Last Week
Last Month
Custom Date Range (Start Date – End Date)
Use date filters to review transactions for reporting or reconciliation.
The report includes:
Date
RO #
Customer
CC (masked card details, if applicable)
Card Holder Info
Payment Method
Paid Amount
Total Amount
Transaction ID
Action Column
Total Paid Amount
Click the Download icon to download the receipt or transaction details for that specific payment.
Click Export in the top right corner.
This opens the Export Report window, where you can preview the report before downloading it. The export includes transaction details such as:
Date
RO number
Customer
Payment Method
Paid Amount
Total Amount
Transaction ID
Click Export to download the report.
Click Share in the top right corner next to Export.
This opens the Share Report window, where you can send the report directly via email.
Enter the recipient’s email address in the email field.
Review the report preview.
Click Share to send the report.
The recipient will receive the report in their email, making it easy to share payment summaries with accountants, managers, or other team members.
This report includes transactions processed through PayPal Card, PayPal, Venmo, and Google Pay.
Exported reports may display exact processor-level amounts, including decimal precision used by PayPal during transaction processing.
Yes. This report helps compare PayPal transaction totals against processor statements or internal accounting records.
Yes. Click the Download icon in the Action column to download the receipt or transaction details for a specific payment.
No. This report only includes transactions processed through the PayPal integration. Payments made using other methods can be reviewed in the All Payments report.
